Thank you for your interest in Old Mission School. We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.
Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open. We currently have a waitlist for Kindergarten, 5th and 6th grade for the 2024-2025 school year. Please complete an application if you would like to add your child to the waitlist.
Only completed applications will be considered. All applications must include the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Baptismal Certificate and Certificate of First Communion (if Catholic)
- Copy of most recent report card (if applicable)
- Copy of last year's report card (if applicable)
- Previous 2 years Standardized Testing
- Any IEP, 504 or other documents regarding additional educational support
Our goal is to provide the best learning environment for all students. Failure to disclose learning and/or behavioral help needs may jeopardize acceptance into our school.
