Returning Students Only
Friday, February 26, envelopes were be sent home with the 2016-2017
Registration Packet. Parents, you have the week to register your returning
students. If you do not receive a packet, they are available in the school
Return the 2016-2017 admission contract and registration fee no later
than Friday, March 11. Please read both sides of the admission contract
thoroughly, initial each item as instructed, then sign and date. Return
your contract to the school office with the registration fee.
$275 for each returning student - please see the
tuition table current tuition and other fees.
If there is a delay in your registration because you are dealing with
unusual circumstances, please notify/discuss these circumstances with our
registrar Jillian Iverson, or our principal Tina Ballantyne. You may also
postdate a second check for up to half the total amount of registration.
The postdated check can be dated as late as May 15.
LATE REGISTRATION: Any admission contract received after
Monday, March 14 will be considered late, and will not guarantee student reservation. The late
registration fee is $325 per student.
If you are enrolling siblings for the first time, do not include them on the "returning students" contract. Please contact the Registrar at

Tuition Assistance Application Process
If your family is interested in tuition assistance for the 2016-17 school year, the forms from Private Aid Service are now available in the school office or you may apply online by clicking
We strongly encourage any family in need of tuition assistance to complete an application.
Forms must be postmarked no later than
Monday, May 2, 2016.
We will award the tuition assistance in the first week of June and notify our families by mail.
